Pisces New Moon Ritual

This ritual is best done between March 7-15, 2024

You will need:

Aura cleansing tool of choice (incense, dried herb sticks, crystal wands, etc.)Your favorite book of poetry or favorite album to play, two sheets of drawing or writing paper, colored pencils/markers

Directions:

1. Purify. Begin by cleansing your aura with a cleansing tool of choice, followed by cleansing your surroundings. As you cleanse feel free to recite the following- 

“Hope” is the thing with feathers -

That perches in the soul -

And sings the tune without the words -

And never stops - at all -

2.Go Outside and Find Wonder. The Japanese call it Shinrin-Yoku, or Forest Bathing, or some call it Forest Therapy = no matter the title I'm assigning an important task to you: Pay close attention to Nature. 

3. Gather a bouquet of natural elements on your walk.

 Here is what I found:

Forest bathing aims to slow yourself down and become immersed in the natural environment: the smells, textures, tastes, and sights of the forest. This is a passive, yet active form of meditation.

4. Relax and Create. After your meditation, find a relaxing place at home and turn on some background music. Take your paper and colored pencils/markers, and draw your bouquet. Don’t overthink it, realistic or abstract do your style and make some notes like a true naturalist. What have you observed about nature, your selections, and yourself?

5. Make a list of three things you want to purify in your life, and three things you want to plan or solidify. Does anything in your nature bouquet offer you a clue to what you may be manifesting in your subconscious? 

6. Take those clues and do one, or more of the following

• write a love letter to your new self
• write a short poem
• write a song

7.) Voila! you are now a New Moon Manifesting, Poet, Artist, Rock Star Guru and creator of your own life. You are all famous in our celestial world, and I'm one of your biggest fans.
